You think so? On photos it is/was mostly overexposure (lightning) and filters.
I am eating strictly clean since I started working out regularly (over 2 months now) and I realized since changing my eating habits, my skin became ridiculously clear. I used to have very bad skin from early teens to my early twenties and I believed that it must be genetics since most creams/toners etc didn’t help either.
Try to eat clean and you will see a change in your overall health. Greek yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries, a lot of clear water, egg whites, brokkoli, sweet potatos, pea pods, salmon, lean chicken or beef etc….that’s what I eat frequently and that’s when not even I but a lot of other people (colleagues, family, friends) noticed a change. A friend that didn’t see me for a year or so was surprised at how much I changed (slimmer, toned, glowy skin, etc) and openly commented on it - which is something she wouldn’t do usually, haha.
So yeah, instead of investing in ‘miracle creams’ or pills, invest in fresh food. I am not an expert but it worked for me - and I am someone that used to have very bad skin.
Hope this helps xo
